Myth # 3 – “Only those who are married with children need an estate plan”

For sure, not true! While those with a spouse and children have special considerations that need to be addressed in the estate planning process, all people need to consider the “who and what” questions. Spouse and children are only one component of the process and those without them are just as much in need of an estate plan as those with them.
